World Rules
Control where players may set homes, under Settings.Worlds in config.yml.

Blocked attempts show βYou canβt set homes in this world.β The permission dhomegui.bypass.worlds ignores all world restrictions.
Nether & End
Section titled βNether & EndβSetting homes in the nether or end is gated behind dedicated permissions (both default: true):

Revoke them to stop a rank from setting homes there (βYou donβt have permission to set homes in the nether/end.β).
WorldGuard regions
Section titled βWorldGuard regionsβWith RespectWorldGuard: true and WorldGuard installed, /sethome is blocked inside regions where the player cannot build β stopping players from homing into claims and protected areas. Blocked attempts show βYou canβt set a home inside this protected region.β
WorldGuard is optional; with it absent,
RespectWorldGuardsimply has no effect.
